They have an open kitchen!! Then all the staff sat down to eat a staff meal in the dining room at 7:50 PM!! If this is all I saw and tasted, I can't even imagine what I didn't. They mopped the kitchen floor and didnt wash hands. The kicker was the owner/manager was in the place having dinner when all of this is going on. But its terrible food, terrible service, inexperienced waiters. Local business, I wanted to like it so badly. I have never seen salmon sushi where they left the shiny part of the skin on it! Seriously the skin was still on it and it was just terrible. I ordered a sushi that came with miso soup and salad, only to return home and realize they forgot BOTH! All of that was forgivable, had the sushi/sashimi NOT been absolutely abysmal. Nobody gave me a glass of water after I ordered a beer and water, let alone the beer.
